It's true. All the old man had to do was pull the ball down and jog a few yards. Slide. Run out of bounds. Sit down. He brings you this far. He leaves you this short. The thing is, it was meant to be. A better phrase should be used: it is what is it. Or, perhaps more appropriately: fuckin' fuckers. I was ready to sport the purple mullet. At least I won't be tempted to spend 3k on a ticket.

ReplyDeleteDudes, bad news. The mangrimage will be half a man short this year, as I will be stuck here in MI. Like Klink, I have been delaying on booking stuff to see how things shake out @ work and I cant' swing it. Two classes to teach MW and too many deadlines -- but enough excuses. I will be in Minny early March during my spring break week and would love to catch up with as many of you as I can then. Soren
